We match you with a verified "Hitcher" (driver) already on your route. You'll see their profile and ratings.

Completion

Driver collects the package. You both get a tracking link. Delivery is confirmed via a unique PIN code.

Identity Verification

Every Hitcher undergoes a manual verification of their SA ID and Driver's License.

Protected Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack. Funds are only released to drivers after the receiver confirms the delivery PIN.

Package Guarantee

Every Packhitch shipment is automatically covered up to R5,000 against loss or theft. For higher value items, we offer supplementary insurance directly through the WhatsApp bot.
