How is the price calculated?
Your delivery fee is calculated automatically from the distance of the route and the size of your package. You see the exact price the moment you create your request, with no quotes to wait for and no negotiating with drivers.
How are drivers verified?
Before a driver can deliver, they complete identity verification: their SA ID is validated, their driver's licence is checked, a live selfie is matched to their documents, and they pass a criminal background check. Only drivers who have passed every check can offer to deliver your package.
How do I know my package arrived?
You're kept updated via WhatsApp as your delivery progresses. When the driver drops off the package, the receiver confirms delivery with a simple yes/no WhatsApp reply, and you and the driver can then rate each other.
How do I know the contents are safe?
For safety, senders are required to declare the contents of every package, and drivers see this before offering to deliver. Prohibited items (liquids, illegal substances, dangerous goods) are strictly forbidden.
How long does delivery take?
Since we match your package with drivers already on the road, delivery is usually as fast as the drive itself. On popular routes like Johannesburg–Cape Town and Johannesburg–Durban, that often means same-day or next-morning delivery.
